As a Professional Massage Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant for over 25 years, I am holistically focused and specialize in medical massage and wellness.


LIMINAL MASSAGE & Body-Work is an integrative approach, which blends traditional massage & advanced manual therapy, with facilitated movement techniques & self-care mobilization strategies.

Appropriate draping for privacy and comfort will be used throughout the session.

30 Minutes of Chair Massage, designed to address areas of chronic tension in the upper back and neck.  Also, helpful for those that are Sensory Sensitive, where "less is more".
