As a Professional Massage Therapist & Physical Therapist Assistant for over 30 years, I am holistically focused and specialize in medical massage and wellness.
LIMINAL MASSAGE & Body-Work, is an integrative approach, which blends traditional massage, advanced manual therapy tools & techniques, percussive massage gun use, facilitated movement stretching & self-care mobilization strategies.
Appropriate draping for privacy and comfort will be used throughout the session.

“Liminal” is defined as a threshold or a place of transition.
Each session, combines 45 minutes of structural “Bodywork & Massage” with 15 minutes of “Mindfulness in Motion”; teaching empowering pain management strategies & self-care techniques.
* client provides their own sheets and pillows.

30 Minutes of Chair Massage, designed to address areas of chronic tension in the back and neck. Also, helpful for those that are Sensory Sensitive, where "less is more".$60.00
MEDICAL MASSAGE THERAPY
Session designed to assist you in your healing process.
Initial session: Free 30 minute consultation and assessment in order to best meet your needs and goals.
